Personally i think those balls are pretty sadistic for any rodent bigger than a mouse, gerbil or dwarf hamster <.<,
My pet rats always had the freedom to scamper around when i was in the room,
they'd usually crawl into my sleeves or hoodie though :3
And fortunately, they've never once left any unexpected surprises x3

Well if u have cats its good to have a ball for them to roll around in. Because one, cats learn really quick so they'll think your teasing them and they'll know they wont get the rat or mouse. And 2nd they will stay protected and they will get their exercise that'll keep them stimulated.
wasn't my call to make ... besides ,after my rats died i did frequently let my cats in my room ... even though they weren't allowed inside ... you try pulling that off x3
I've lost my fair share of cats because i couldn't keep them inside like proper house cats, and still miss em every single day ...did you ever have to scrape the mangled,torn up remains of a beloved pet of the pavement? It's not an image u'll easely forget ...
My last cat's been missing for 4 weeks now ... can't imagine a moment i was at home without him being there with me, last year i even kept my window open continuesly throughout the fall and winter just so he could get in whenever he wanted ... what im trying to say is, sure, you can neuter them, lock them up and pray they'll never run off ...but can you honestly say denying an animal (especially an animal as headstrong as a feline) the choise to roam around freely is less sadistic?

It is your call to make. I don't fucking CARE who you live with, if you aren't "ALLOWED" to properly care for your pets, fucking rehome them. And don't even start with the "oooh natural wants and needs" bullshit. Cats as a species were domesticated by humans, they didn't naturally decide to hang around us and live in our homes and shit in litter pans. if whats "natural" is killing your fucking pet, then why the fuck do you let that happen?
... I don't consider locking animals in just to fit a selfish need for some affection and company better pet care but apparantly you do ..
Granted, most pets shouldn't be exposed to outside enviroments, but cats definately are not one of them ... especially in a semi rural enviroment where you know they still have the freedom to roam around and keeping in mind every cat i took care of was a stray,twice with litter... now when i said lost i didn't specificaly imply every single cat i brought up ended up as unfortunately as he did.. most of them might've well moved out cause of territoriality,puberty and such ...doesn't mean i miss em any less or didn't consider em as being pets while they were around.. I gave em a choise, so sue me .. bet they're happier than your overfed couch-potato cat, wherever they may be *flips you off*

and i obviously dont rag on her because of her sexuality - i just threw a typical manhater stereotype at her and it apparantly was pretty close - usually if you recognise yourself in a stereotype thats a good indication you should consider an attitude adjustment

I'd say balls are pretty cruel for any rodent. As they can't see very well, they rely their sense of touch to navigate (so that'd be their whiskers and front paws) but when locked up in a ball, they can't do that! Also, when they take one step, the ball starts rolling and they HAVE to walk. Just let em roam free, they prefer to climb and investigate! :3

A small criature in fetal position carrying for a pair of hands, the color of the character is white = purity, combined with the blue color = virgin. The fetal position represent the born or the inocence of the criature, but it come more with the born because the hands are reciving the moment in the character come in the world. And is a positive picture because exist many light, clean colors and other nice details. All are positive signs, however suddenly we have a super duper negative simbol: the rat... meaning the dieases, the dark society and the thiefs... but more the diseases. So maybe the last mean is something purity come in the world, however it is something worse than you can think... being and seeming

Are not art lessons, are semiotic lessons. Two things very different my son, veeeeeeeeeeeery different... however who know the mean of the simbols can make maaaaaaaany works with a lot of means.
