Nope they removed them because some parents complained about them being to masculine, and pampers just listen to them, new parents today they really don’t have nothing to do or maybe have too little problems since that is a problem ^^

...It's Freaking Sesame Street! It's not meant to be Masculine! They're Preschool Characters. Now having Sesame Street Pampers will only happen in out Commissions.
