Last year, I messed around with the idea of another Sonic story. This one had Princess Sally as the main character of the story, and she and all of the other characters were redesigned for it. Which characters you ask? Well, I mainly stayed away from the existing Sonic game characters and stuck with characters from the comics. But I put some of my favorites in.

This is a sketch I'd love to finish at some point. But lately, it's been tough for me to sit down and draw. But I might try tossing some color onto the sketches I made for the story and post some of them.

The story itself was meant to be more science fiction than the regular Sonic series. And I went with a kind of cyberpunk-esque look for the outfits, and made leotards the main outfit of choice for people. Actually, this story was where I gained my love of leotards. So here we have Sally and Nicole both wearing leotards that have call backs to their original designs. Granted, I preferred Sally to just wear a vest and boots like back in the day, but I think this is a nice compromise. :)
