Keebal is a character made up specifically for the story, but a lot of characters in Dragonball have transformation powers based on touch, laser beams, or breath weapons. I tried to make him seem like he could have been in the show. I'm happy with how he turned out.
Android 17 and Android 18 are from the show, and I used them mostly because I think they're cute and have comfy clothes.
