Something I've had on my harddrive for quite sometime now but don't have time to finish. A guy and his girlfriend are messing around with a spellbook that transforms him into a Minotaur. The links above have multiple perspectives so you can experience the transformation firsthand yourself, from the girlfriends POV or an observer viewpoint. Bare in mind this is unfinished so the sound will be off at times, there will be minor animation quirks and the skin of the guy is static.
Movements have been motion captured by myself with Virt-A-Mate.
If you have a look in the scraps part of my gallery, you'll find a bunch of bonus material featuring renders used to produce the Minotaur artwork in the book amongst other things.

Once VAM adds in more features (mainly animatable skin changing, dynamic walking and easier ways of animating the faces), I may consider finishing this off in the future. :). (assuming the file format in VAM stays the same)
Half of the problems with animating faces in VAM right now is you have to use triggers whereas in normal animation programs like Daz3D, 3DS Max or Blender, one can use multiple keyframed animations with animation curves. Animating faces in VAM using single triggers is a chore right now. :/
