Meet Fey my beautiful Oberon boi, An Oboiron! Tee hee~

Like Rell, he has been left behind by the Lotus and his fellow Tenno and spent many, many long years wandering the system but disappeared. It was only after breaking into the underwater labs of Neptune did the Lotus and her Tenno find the missing Oberon, strapped to a table and horribly mangled by Tyl Regor's many experiments. The scars and wounds have healed but the large vivisection that the mad scientist made would never properly heal.
