Robotnik was designed by Mike Fontenelle, who had also worked on Tiny Toons and Ren and Stimpy. Scratch and Grounder were the work of Gary Terry. Kent Butterworth, Jordan Rycheck, Milton Knight, and I also designed characters, though mostly what I drew was storyboard. We were all coming up with stuff, some of it meant for production, some of it just goofing around, trying to make each other laugh. I just wish though that Sonic had had better animation than it did. DIC always used the cheapest overseas studios it could find, and the results could be pretty darn awful. Still, it was a fun show to work on. We might've even gone into a second season, our version of Sonic was that successful, but Seaga decided it didn't want two Sonics on TV, so we were dropped. Darn. By the way, here's some of the shows I storyboarded- The Little Mer-hog, Grounder the Genius, and Over-The-Hill Hero.
