padless or with pads I think that scalies have still paws, the shape with equal size of toes and sole like a triangle is what differentiate paws of feet, especially if we think the cases of them being digitigrade. Also, If we think feral dragons for example we gonna associate their hands and feet to paws as well, but ofc, that's what I think and I could be wrong ^^
