Now fully corrupted by Dusk's power, Tyamet seeks a new guinea pig to test her newfound abilities. Soul Stealing already part of her repetiore, she finds that instead of merely being able to make mindless drones out of those whose soul she's stolen, she can now wear their bodies as a costume. She chooses her apprentice, Tempest, a firebird with much magical potential. To her old self, she had begun to grow fond of the apprentice. To her new self, this was merely a new vessel with which to try her abilities.

Of course, bonding to Dusk so quickly, there were... Complications. Well, she'll get them figured out soon enough. Perhaps she'll seek out an old nemesis to try next...
