‘Don’t worry, I’ve got you!! Hang on!!”
“Ugh,… ‘don’t worry’,… I never get rattled like this by quicksand,… I deal with it all the time on my island,… Maybe it was because I was having such a good time, with my friend,… or maybe it was her assurance that it was ‘just alittle mud’,… or maybe because I’m on someone else’s island, that I’m not as familiar with,… but this one took me by surprise more than usual.
Just relax,… she’ll get you out of this, just like you got her out last time,…”
‘Once again, Hula Girl saves the,… uh oh,…’

From the monthly Patreon of
shonuff44 the muddy mishaps on the tour of Coconut Island continues with a valiant rescue by Sho’s Hula Girl, as she tries to pull my Ember from the deepening jungle muck,… but things may not be going quite as intended.
I think it’s pretty clear now that this is a lot more than just ‘a little mud’, and it’s Hula Girl to the rescue. I love how dramatic this picture looks, as Hula Girl tries to pull her friend from the muddy peril she has wound up in, not hesitating to plunge her spear into the ground as an anchor and reach out for Ember to grab onto. You get a great feeling of tension from their positions, postures and expressions,… Hula Girl’s extended arm, and how her one leg is extended forward into the mud, for reach, while the other is braced against the ground behind her for support, as she keeps a tight grip on her spear. I really like how her skirt leaves flare out from her movement and position, and how her hair drapes across her shoulders, and falls behind her, while her posture gives a nice view of her skull-capped bosom. I love how confident and dramatic her expression looks in the main picture, and the very sharp contrast to the sudden uncertainty and concern of her side panel expression. Ember looks really good as well, I really love her posture, as she holds onto Hula Girl with both hands, leaning forward abit, with her lovely legs seemingly spaced wide to try to get some traction against the muddy quicksand, and her normal straight side bangs curling and swaying to emphasize her movement. I really like how her leaves, both front and back float atop the muck, as does her long hair as it trails behind her. What I really love is her expression,… normally she comes across as fearless and calm, but she looks alittle shaken here, as the muddy trap truly catches her offguard,… I think this gives a nice glimpse of a softer side of her, beneath the normally tough, calm, exterior,… as well as giving her a youthful look that I rather like. One detail I really love, which Sho mentioned, were those few stray hairs here and there, showing the two to be abit disheveled, which adds nicely to the tension and struggle of the piece,… and small detail that adds quite abit. Another nice touch is how this picture really shows the difference in their skintones, while both certainly have a tropical tan look, it’s clear that Hula Girl has a more golden tone to her skin, while Ember is alittle lighter,… perhaps showing that Hula Girl spends more time in and around the beach, in the sun, while Ember’s time is spent more in the jungle of her island. The muddy quicksand really is looking nice in this image, as it sucks around Ember’s shapely thighs, and clings abit up Hula Girl’s calves, and is even spattered across Ember’s surfboard, floating on the surface behind them, another great touch. The side panels on this picture were an unexpected, but very nice, surprise, I love how it gives a second expression from Hula Girl, while showing her spear slipping against the mud, accented by the swaying of its leaves, to really give a good sense of the motion. The angle shows off a good portion of the jungle floor around them, and I think hints at things being a lot muddier than they thought, which certainly doesn’t bode well, especially for Ember, at present.
All in all, a very lovely and dynamic picture of these heroic island beauties, thank you very much, ShoNuff. :)
