The furry fandom gets a bad rep because of all the yiff, but honestly, this is why I fell into the fandom. Being able to talk to our fuzzy fam, loving them just as cutely, and them accepting it while still being kinda disgruntled, but deep down inside they love the feeling. It's the same kind of fun, with extra communicative abilities, thumbs to help out in the kitchen, and more articulation for returning the pets and scratches while snuggling and watching some Star Trek.

And think of how extra squishy he gets when his winter coat grows in! So fluffy! So squishy!
