This was based on a 'Garfield' comic. Some of you may have seen it before. Garfield was flexing to himself in a mirror when Odie comes along. Garfield is proudly showing off his 'muscles' and he tells Odie to show his muscles too. But Odie reveals that he has some massive muscles, leaving Garfield speechless. After seeing that comic I had to draw my own version of that same comic.
Garfield and Odie were a challenge to draw since they are a unique art style. So I won't be drawing them too often.

Basically from what I saw, Garfield accidentally gets a new mechanically collar locked around his neck which punishes him each time Odie barks
To stop this, he ties up and gags all the dogs in the neighbour hood
