I drew this for my recent BF and is based on a little joke between me and him about a Rattata and a Flareon. This poor Rattata lied about being level 99 (he is actually level 20) and is paying the price for it as he was tricked into carrying this large Flareon all the way to the Pokemart. I found the idea hilarious so here it is in image form. The Rattata is Ravilo, a character i made quite a while back with a nice lil scarf.
