It's the lil engine thingy on her back, it glows when it's making/consuming energy. So it's just showing that her body's absorbing the electricity from the pikachu too! And that's why it's feeling pretty nice for her in the end, 'cause she's technically getting more "food" from it

Maybe the lucky one gets to sit in her pocket and the others get the belly! Who knows, maybe she'll be too distracted with the others to put them in too!
Hah is a pretty cute thought of them seeing another electric pokemon get nommed and so they do a little shock to keep her satisfied with them being in the pocket, and by the end of the day they're exhausted
