I paid for this at Anthrocon 2010 but due to the limited amount of time left in the con and the research needed for the weapon and the background, Kacey had to take it home to finish.
I have a digital flat color WIP version I am working on myself. I might never finish it since I lack the proper tools to do shading. It will be uploaded to scraps after this.
