Qunae is such a beautiful Milotic, I really like the "desert oasis" vibes that he gives!
I don't get to paint scales (nor water tbh) much so there was a lot of experimenting on this piece, I feel like I learned a lot,
this was a nice experience and I'm quite happy with how this turned out~
