Shinsei was born due a method from a good friend or ally.
Like Dracarna, she likes transformations. Similar to her mother, horse or any equine types are her favoites. She also love reptiles like. Her wings are Kermui’s allowing her to leave trails of stars dust/space dust in her wake. Using her tail, she can create a small galaxy to her liking. She rarely does this as she would just cause a large mist of stardust.
