In lands of cold and conflict the stage is set for warriors to stand behind the banners of what they believe is right. Achilles has taken up his arms for noble houses beset by jealous court rivals, explored far lands for the thrill of new sights and what good he can do while there, and can normally be found as a member of rag-tag assemblies of warriors, mages, and everything from iron-clad berserkers to people who could be considered forces of nature. Of course his favorite set of green needs to be set aside to wash and mend, so adopting the garb of what locale he finds himself in is normal, even though he'd still like to wear his favorite green gambeson if it weren't always being repaired.
