Appearance: Big and biped pokémon resembling a tortoise. Her body is blue and is mostly hidden by her sturdy brown shell. This shell has a pale yellow on the lower part and a white crest surrounding their arms and separating the upper and lower halves. She has two powerful water cannons that reside on the upper sides of her shell. These cannons can be extended or removed and can be used to assist in high speed loads. Her head has triangular ears that are black inside, small dark aquamarine eyes and a creamy lower jaw. Her arms are thick and striated with three claws in each hand. Her feet have three claws on the front and one on the back. She has a very stubby tail. He has a black uniform with a white shirt and a green tie on her neck with a picture of a golden turtle. She's got a white rose on her lapel. She's got her whole shell with big scratches and a big scar on his left side of his face. He's got a gold ring with a mega stone embedded in his left hand. It has the clan symbol on the back of the green color uniform with a tattoo of a tribal leviathan on her right arm.


Mini story: She was born on a small island in the middle of the sea where she lived quietly with other pokémon in the area. They were located in the center of a great oceanic abyss where the tide always rose and fell, causing only water-type pokémon to live. A strong earthquake from the ocean abyss caused the water to start to come out steam and many bubbles. The sand began to burn and the entire island began to sink while many pokémon began to panic as the land pokémon had no place to escape. All the flying and water type pokémon evacuated to Storm Island. It was much bigger but with many dangers. The Blastoise was constantly attacked until a man from a nearby tribe assisted her and was treated until she recovered. In that tribe there were only Water-type pokémon where everyone helped each other. The scars on her body in combat are a sign of bravery for the tribe and every autumn all the pokémon of the tribe used Rain Dance to have good harvests.
