Reminds me of a kitty I had before she passed away from old age ( raised her from a literal "fit in the palm of your hand" kitten).
She had this habit of getting onto a table when she smelled something she liked, chicken and such, and when she saw you sitting there, she'd half lay on one side, do that little "roll over" and look adorable while one paw was inching toward the plate while her big gold eyes were saying
".... you REALLY DON'T NEED that bit of tasty.... do you... hmmm? "
