I was never too into Golduck but since I've been into Berdly, I call any tall blue bird Berdly. And thus! While playing Pokemon Legends Arceus I quickly found Psyduck and Golduck, and eventually realized this stranged, tall, spikey, webby-looking pokemon I didn't think was all that neat eventually got neater imagining him as BErdly! So I put on Berdly's shirts, and a pair of glasses, to make Golduck look more like Berdly! He's more surprised, and there's a faded Berdly sprite looking smug behind him - and my Rowlet, Goggles, looking excited and yelping out, "Deltarune!" so maybe the pokemon realized where he's from.

Loved this when I caught it over on Twitter. It makes me more excited about GOLDUCK for sure.
I wonder what Berdly would do if he got into 'The Dark' and found someone had become a GOLDUCK with the same outfit that he wears? Would he think he is being mocked? Would he get caught up in how handsome he must look to Noel? The possibilities are endless.
OH! GOLDUCK, being a 'Water Type' may not be as impacted by 'Ice Attacks'! Maybe this Berdly fan of a GOLDUCK would push him aside when Noel is forced to use 'Ice Grave' on him before using its 'Psychic Abilities' to leave behind a misleading memory that Berdly got 'put on ice'? Psychic Pokemon can use [Confusion].

Haha, oh yeah, it was a fun discovery seeing Golduck in game and around and realizing "Wait, that's a Berdly!" I tend to call any blue bird one but they do look a lot alike! Golduck is just a bit more mean-looking, shirtless, has that red jewel in its forehead, and has webbed fingers and toes, kinda almost like a platypus I guess? And haha, I had to teach my Golduck Ice Punch right away to keep this birdy safe and never let him get frozen! I'm sure he'd feel weird as one, but then maybe realize it suits him, and enjoy his new psychic ability! But gee, even more reason for gamer pamps with all the water abilities he's growing.
Oh, most definitely. Berdly could never admit to using 'Gamer Pants', but he cannot deny it gives him more wins in PVP due to never having to break his concentration due to his bladder trying to distract him from that last action that will earn him 'S Rank' success and a ticket to the National eSports Championships.
(I wonder if 'Gamer Pants' are used during those intense tournaments? Last thing you want is to be all nervous, drink too much water, and need to use 'Water Gun' when you are trying to outwit someone else who, as far as you know, is not having their focus ruined by bladder pains.).

I wonder if Berdly would find himself becoming the 'Blue Bird of Happiness' if he were to make good with Noel, shed his ruse of being Mr. Smarty Pants, and try to get along better with Chris and friends?
