Kay is Gabrielle's younger sister. She joined the TSF's (Tryest Strike Force) youth program as an assistant record keeper. However, on her breaks (and against the wishes of her superiors) she sneaks away to help do repairs in the vehicle maintenance sector. Shes become very well known here and has made some friends in the process, as she's unexpectedly mechanically inclined.
