This has inspired me to check out this website, and anubis is my favorite egyptian god ^^

D'awwww. So cute. And really an interesting member of the Egyptian Pantheon. Rather then being an evil god as depicted in movies Anubis was actually a far kinder being. His role was a guide through the journey to the afterlife. A protector of the dead. He also performed the measurement on the scales which Thoth would report.
