
A new take on a classic asian dish with a nutty crunch and a fruity zing to complete the journey of flavour taken with every precious bite you take of this truly splendid meal!
Here’s how I did it:
1-prep 2 diced bell peppers, 1 small diced onion and 4 slices of diced pre-cooked bacon and set aside with 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
2-cook 2 small diced chicken breast in choice sauce to golden yellow(make sure there’s no pink!)
3-dice cooked chicken and add to veggies
4-in a hot pan/wok add 1tbsp sesame oil and add 1 package of your favourite flavour of instant rice, then add vegetables, nuts, and chicken and cook until vegetables are soft
5-reduce heat then add choice sauces and stir until fully combined
6-serve and enjoy!
