My question is, does he have like a robotic effect to his voice, like a reverb or metallic twang to his voice, or is it more organic and closer to a human? I guess cuz he's a cyborg and not an android it leans more towards the latter? But the red eyes have me thinking he'd have some kind of effect in his voice.
I mean either way I'm just amused at the idea that somewhere in the process of drinking gasoline he can ignite it as it leaves his body and thus implies his dick doubles as a flamethrower. Very useful augmentation, I gotta say.

For the former, his voice is definitely close to that of a human. However, if his systems are critically damaged or if he's low on fuel, his voice will start to sound more robotic.
For the latter, he's being hyperbolic. He actually has no genitals or human waste functions. Everything he consumes is converted to fuel in his engine.
