Knowing people that are autistic, I don’t think he has autism. He most likely is a psychopath, or delusional and likely has other things. He clearly has something very wrong with his thinking and needs some serious help.

His repeated use of the same phrasing with incorrect grammar to me says he doesn’t really have any English skills and may be relying on internet translation. Only when he appears to get angry does he really respond and it comes across as mostly nonsense. For the most part, confronting his comments or not doesn’t seem to make any real difference. I wonder if he does this to multiple people online.

If his actions here are any indication he is likely not very functional in society.
