I would think more chains would be needed for a Dragon in custody.
A way to bind both their for-legs and hind-legs, along side the tail so it can't swing out.
The wings needs to be braced against the body so it can't fly away.
and a open mouth muzzle that still let's the Dragon talk, but if it tries to unleash it's magnificent breath, it mostly would just backfire into it's own face
