Athletics in this neo-futuristic world of Superheroes, Sci-Fi and Magic has evolved like everything else: accommodating all who seek to participate in sports, the major professional sports leagues have adopted physical and skill-based criteria for determining tiers of coed competition, though several private clubs and smaller organizations still maintain the gender-segregated format for their athletic teams.
Within the higher tier are those with beyond-human or meta-level physical talents. In this moment, two Orcs join two Trolls and a human meta-level superhero in play: Sergeant "Boss" Irons leads the way, as he and his partner Lance Corporal "Brawler" Kyle visit the United States for a training exercise. During their off-duty time however, they meet up with some friends for a sports match, including the human superhero "Force" Dominic, and the Troll brothers Brock and Marcus.
