Я так поняла из Вики, она одна выжила из своего помёта, так что предположила, что диабет второго типа мог быть последствием родовой травмы (потому что при первом она бы вряд ли вообще бы выжила), которую Пятнистая Звезда компенсировала ЗОЖем и кое-какими поправками в диете. Короче, уцепилась за эту мысль и вуа-ля - нарисовала хэдканонную картинку XD

I think it could be type 2 diabetes, obtained, for example, as result of a pancreatic injury (maybe from a fall on the coastal stones or even earlier - as far as I know, she is the only surviving kitten from the litter, so it could be a birth injury)
