Rune Caster Lore Log 10-Casters
There are people who have magical powers called Casters. Casters get said powers by permanently bonding with Rune Spheres. It is unknown where they come from and how they are created exactly, but it is lead to believe they contain a mix of Natural, Soul and small amounts of Pure Astra. So there is magic but it is limited to specific elements (Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Light, and Darkness,). It is unknown how, but it’s been said that when a person becomes a Caster, they immediately have a basic understanding of how their powers work, but are able to develop their own attacks and techniques while some are already built in and have yet to be realized by the user, so they still need to train for their powers to grow.
While their aren’t any specific drawbacks to being a Caster, it is said that Casters all share a fated destiny, and in a battle between Casters only bring destruction. Not to mention they can strain the user physically if the try pushing their powers beyond their limits without training.
Casters also have special abilities that they all share and (depending on their element). Some Casters who create an element from their bodies are an “Emitter” while Caster who can manifest elements from the area are a “Conjurer”.
Earth (The Immovable): Earth type Casters inherit great physical strength.
Wind (The Turbulent): Wind type Casters inherit agility and great speed.
Fire (The Prominent): Fire type Casters can withstand hot and cold temperatures. A secondary ability is to absorb and snuff out fire.
Water (The Formless): Water type Caster’s powers strengthen when near water.
Light (The Infinite): Light type Casters can absorb light can recover injuries quicker than normal. They can also overpower Dark Casters depending on how strong the light is.
Dark (The Boundless): Dark type Caster’s attacks strengthen in the dark or at night. They can absorb the power of Light Casters depending on how strong the Dark is.
And there are several categories for attacks (Offensive, Defensive, Space/Time, Assist, Immobilization, and Transformation) that Casters develop their attacks around.
Offensive: Moves that mostly involve attacking your opponent directly, either it being physical or far ranged. They don’t really have weaknesses, but they can be countered by another attack of equal or greater power, or by a defensive move that is strong enough to block attacks.
Defensive: Moves they involve that Caster certain a shield, barrier, or armor around them to protect, negate, or reflect attacks. However if the attack is too strong if could break through defenses among other weakness depending on the elemental types of said Casters.
Assist: They always affect either the user or another target in a way that is not considered attacking. Self-affecting assist always boost the user in some way, whether by increasing their strength, their speed, their defense, sometimes more than one, etc. Some assist are also Defensive moves that are used on other targets.
Immobilization: These moves involve stopping the enemy from moving, either by binding them, trapping them, or weighing them down via gravity.
Boundary: Some Casters can create a field in a separate space. While inside the Caster’s abilities is increased and have additional abilities. This is a rare type of ability.
Invocation: These work simply in a way that transforms the user’s physical appearance and in turn giving them special abilities that comes with said transformations, including strength, speed, or stronger variations to already established powers, even the ability to fly. These don’t really have any known weaknesses, and are uncommon when compared to the previous four types, since not every Caster is able to preform a transformation.

Been awhile but gonna try and post Lore Entries again. And what better way to get back into things then with the prominent concept in the story, Casters.
