Heck, I know an artist that was hired for Magic the a Gathering because they drew fan art.

Please don't feel discouraged. It's incredibly difficult to get into the industry, especially now that ai is an option for unscrupulous companies.
In the meantime, my personal suggestion is to draw what you like. You don't wanna accidentally pigeon hole yourself into a subject you're not passionate about.
I really do love your work, and I would love to see you succeed.

I know a few artists, some who have 'made it' others who've not. The only advice I could think to give try to connect with an indy game studio/dev team. Someone small, light, who's making something fun.
Best way to advertise your skills, with out actually advertising. By getting your stuff in a product that many others will see.
Your art is first rate and clearly should be in some impressive productions, but one thing I do know a lot of companies look for along with talent, is the ability to 'manufacture' art at a impressive pace. Because the one thing they never have is excess time.
Wish I could help more. As an aside, I really enjoy seeing your uploads. Inspiring work.
