go to that DA post, click "..." (above "Published"), "Report", "It violates intellectual property rights", "This is my intellectual property", etc.
I'm going to Report > "This is someone else’s intellectual property",
but DA seems very slow to act on NONartist reports. (Other artthefts that I've reported are still at DA)
