Thank you for your worry about the matter, I have looked into their ToS
and have contacted their team about it, because their page isn't clear on
all the artist making prints, posters, adopts and more.
It's a character inspired by a game, it would be a copyright issue if I drew
the exact Pal from the game and sold it. Their ToS is more concerned on
Highly Commercial Gains. Not artist making art inspired by the game.
I haven't had Pokémon come after me for all the other adopts I have done
over the years and I have also tried to contact Pokemon as well.
IF they ever did contact me, and issues arise, I would contact the adopt
owner and edit the character or refund if needed to avoid copyright issues.
