When I drew this New Year's God 12 years ago I felt that it was missing a bit of the actual essence of the Long, so I decided for this New Year to make it grow and see what it would look like, I redraw the head and hair traditionally and I put on the original digitally changing some parts and adding others
I gave it little more space so it could be appreciated more, and I gave it the work it deserved. I spent a whole month restoring this image trying to leave as many original details as possible.
I feel that the New Year's dragon has grown decently in these 12 years haha

Since February 10 we are living in the lunar new year of 2024
It is celebrated every 60 years. The Wooden Dragon is a symbol of power, prosperity, and good fortune.
