NOTE: I am currently using Patreon primarily as a tip jar. If this is not your preference, I will not begrudge you leaving or abstaining and I thank everyone for any support you may have given. I will no longer be offering mentorships or tutoring either. I will still do redlining and paintovers on request for Patrons. Additionally, Patrons will still be eligible for discounts on YCHs and adopts. 10% off for T1, 20% off for T2, and 30% off for T3.

I was going for "you're looking up at the neeper as a gentle post-storm sprinkle trickles down upon you" and somehow I ended up more in the territory of "ready the hyperdrives" so I spent a lot of time finagling raindrops and spatters only to realize that, if that's the perspective, monsignor glitter-bee down there in the left corner is flying upside-down and the butterfly would probably still be in hiding because even a light drizzle could fuck up their wings pretty good. OH WELL. Might get rid of the butterfly and fix the bee later but I'm tapped out on this one at the moment. Painting all those leaves was exhausting.
However... I did discover that Rebelle has these neat features called "dirty brush" and "multicolored brush" and if you turn both on, select "paint and blend mode", then tap on an area of your canvas, it will create kind of an image hose effect of the area you tapped and OH BOY does that make painting things like petals and iridescent effects really fun.

as you told me previously, last year: the aromas of the forests in your Universe surely must be [divine]
looking at this section of your flora cements this for me
this neeper is, indeed, cute
..you said, neepers aren't suitable as (domesticated) pets?
i simply adore your penmanship rent for your inscription down there, by the by, bobbie-j
(i wonder if i can do something similar¿!)

(´am surprised, indeed, froggie doth not be!)
You can have neepers as pets. They're just definitely not a starter pet for newbs. They're gregarious gryphonids- like little monkey-titmouse-corvid-meerkats. That is to say, they are Intelligent, curious, industrious, and highly social in a "Game of Thrones but cute" kind of way. Be aware, they will steal your shit and there's a nonzero chance you'll never find whatever they stole. This can include car keys, money, scraps of paper, mail, pens, food, glasses, toothbrushes (they really seem to have an affinity for tooth brushes for some reason), and such.
Of course, it depends on the species of neeper. Not all of them are cranked up to ten. There are a few species (such as the fawny neeper) who are quite pleasant, if a bit boring in comparison.
