“Oh… I haven’t seen something like this before. What is that building?” Xochi’coz’catl asked with a flare of yellows on her feathered plumage.
“It is called “Hala Stulecia”. It’s an exhibition complex built in 1913 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the call to the people “An Mein Volk” by the Prussian king, Frederick William III, to oppose the greatest strategist in human history, Napoleon Bonaparte. When it was opened, the exhibition took place to present the history and economic achievements of the Silesia region back then“
Levi looked down at the Valbaran lady curious about her reaction.

“1913? That’s been… 717 years ago!” – her jaw dropped at the revelation.
The young man chuckled, sensing even more questions bubbling in her mind as her head feathers’ colors were changing with the mood constantly. It took some time but he got pretty good at judging her emotions thanks to that.
“Believe me, Xochi, on Earth, there are even older monuments and facilities like this. Through centuries it has been fulfilling the role of exhibition center, official events, and so on till this day.”
She was speechless for a moment.

“Can we enter it?” – she looked at him with her expressive purple eyes.
“Of course! I promised you’d see everything this city offers.”
 “Great!” The green flare of colors went through her feathers.
“But first, let’s take a picture in front of it. You’d make all your friends jealous they weren’t here.” He smiled as he extended the selfie stick.
“Oh, I don’t doubt that!,” she winked as subtle pink hues appeared on the feathers.

Levi turned his back to the building and crouched a bit to match the height of Xochi because Valbarans were shorter than humans. She released a short yelp as he brought her closer to him with the hand on her waist. Soon, Xochi’s heart skipped a beat as they were head to head touching one another. Her hand grasped his side as well.
“Smile!” Levi said before pressing the button.
She smiled widely, extending her head feathers to full size with green and bright pink as she waved in greetings for her friends back at Valbara.

Let me present you the fanart of Sci-Fi "Pinwheel" universe created by  Snekguy ! Here you can see my fan character, Xochi'coz'catl, (Xochi for short) sightseeing Poland with her close friend, Levi, in the year 2630. She's a member of the species called "Valbaran" and comes from the planet called Valbara, 65 light years away from Earth, 5 years after the UNN (United Nation Navy) made the first contact with her people and saved their homeworld from hive, invasive species called Betelgeusians. Since then, the coperation between humans and Valabarns flourished rapidly leading to the members of the species visiting and living at other worlds.
