Leo squeezed his way out of the doorway before lumbering his way to his bed. As he waddled, Raph was watching Leo struggle to walk in horror. Raph couldn’t help but grimace at how enormous Leo had become. How his body churned and gurgled with every movement. How Leo needed a wheeled platform just to say he was still mobile. How Leo was enjoying his extreme weight gain.
This had to be from a mutant they fought a little while back. The brothers noticed at one point, this particular mutant had Leo in his grasp. He had Leo in some form of trance before Raph knocked the daylights of of him. At first Leo seemed fine, he got evaluated by Donnie and aside from a lower metabolism, Leo was fine. That was two months ago.
2 months.
In that amount of time, Leo had gained this much weight. It was like Leo couldn't get full, he had to eat everything they had if something delicious so much as touched his tongue. And eat he did, he ate burgers, pizza, wings, burritos, ramen, spaghetti, butter, lard, icing, you name it, Leo ate it. His gut now sticking out several feet and requiring a moving platform, just to say he can still walk. His butt swayed in a mesmerizing motion that no one wanted to admit Leo could pull off so seductively, they were like to mounds of lard sloshing as he waddled. His arms couldn't rest at his sides any longer and were dangling in a state of near useless suspension. Leo still insisted he wear his belts and straps if he were ever to go out on patrol again, so no surprise that they snapped of his body. They still laid around his bed, Leo refused to clean them probably because he loved how fat he was getting.
Raph shuddered at the thought, but it was clear to see on Leo's fat face. His pleased smile sinking into his second chin, Leo loved how fat he was. Leo wanted to get fatter. It was even more clear when Leo started to slam his belly into his hips. Ok, time to leave Leo alone, Raphael didn't need to see that... again. Raph and Donnie had to find a way to snap Leo out of it. Talking to the tubby turtle didn't help, and now Mikey is starting to take on these gaining habits.
It was up to Raph and Donnie.
Leo moaned loudly as the slapping of his belly became louder. Okay, time to get away from Leo's door.

Leo enjoys the perks of sheer obesity. Thank you to
fat_louie for giving Leo a delightful obese figure. That crushed bed is definitely in for a workout. And that mutant that did this, I didn't know how to convey him, he just accidentally ingested some mutigen mistaking it for cold medicine. So he has very slight mutations, that's a far as I have with that guy.
