Premise of Gabatrix: The Violet Wave:

After the events of Gabatrix: The First Peace, humanity undergoes months of recovery and relief. The alliance with the Itrean T'rintar Clan is a momentous but unsteady event in history. The other Itrean clans no longer launch invasions or assaults for several months. Under the protection of one of the clans, the others sit by and wait. No one truly knows why that is the case.

However, space isn't forever peaceful. A Shal'rein clan fleet is on its way to the human colony of Aphadus. No one knows the exact reason, but everyone knows that the ongoing Human/Itrean conflict has never ended and is far from over.
