I love marshmallows, but not cheap ones made of sugar, but more expensive ones, I really liked them from Guandy company - delicious and very airy)
Last summer we baked them on the fire, or rather on the coals in the charcoal grill and then I realized why they are baked. It is impossible to describe how tasty they are, when the crispy baked crust is formed on the outside, and inside the marshmallow is tender and melted. Very tasty)
