Unfortunately I just found it from telegram, and that post claimed it was originally found on facebook (also no source).
It's one of those "draw your character wearing this" types, but I've no idea where it's started or when, considering that facebook was mentioned it might be a very old one. Though it was new to me and I found it cool.
