So let me see if I got the rules of this amazing comic down. Every time the guys do something bad/naughty they slowly turn into a donkey. Once they go full donkey they lose, but even if they get through a challenge/day any part of them that has changed be it ears, hoofs, fur or tail that stays with them and onto the next challenge. Meaning if you get by one challenge by the skin of your teeth, you'll be the one most at risk for losing the next one?
Question is can there be more than one loser for a single challenge ?

That’s close! The official rules are coming up soon! I’m not doing full donkey (just cuz my preference is partial) so the way it works is that when the guy grows ears, tail, and starts braying, then they lose. They have to have all 3 to lose, but sometimes they have extras too ;)
And yes, they stay! The next day they don’t go away hehe 😈
