Being inflated like a long Hot Dog, someone thought that tying her into a cutest little balloon dog would be a "great" idea (She can be stretched or tied up with no problem without any harm to her), so without hesitation, he/she tied up the unlucky sable, tied her lips and corked her up so she'd stay that way for a while.
