Meet Evelyn Russo, a quirky business woman of sorts that runs the Solhaven’s Enclave finances. She also comes from the Russo Family which is an Italian Mob that keeps to themselves and owns an olive oil company as a family business.

Evelyn is an expert in all things finance related and acts as a business coordinator. In fact, she’s the only reason why the Enclave can have so many connections to magic tech companies and medical companies without putting themselves in debt. On top of all that, she’s a top notch negotiator and she’s so good at it, that she can sell you a pen if she wanted too. Of course this line of work allows her to have her own luxury office space in the Enclave headquarters and a silver tongue. She’s also notorious for haggling deals where ever she can (with mild success). Her family also helps fund the Enclave in secret by shipping their Olive Oil to them for better cafeteria food, and in-turn, the Russos make serious money for it. It’s for your own good that you don’t ask her about that stuff.

As for her personality, she’s quite the ambitious woman with a crafty mind to compliment. She’s also the type of woman to get what she wants, when she wants it and doesn’t give up until she gets it. Even if she has to play the long haul, she will do whatever it takes. Doesn’t matter if it’s something material or maybe someone she’s got a fixation on. She can also be very vindictive to those she doesn’t like or those that harm people she cares about. If you manage to get on her bad side in anyway, you will come to discover that her tongue can be as sharp as her mind. Or worse yet, become a dead body hanging on a skyscraper.

Can produce Prisma Wires through her Prosthetic Arms. These wires have the ability to change elements at Evelyn’s will.

Tidbit fact: Evelyn takes love and loyalty very seriously. As in she will go above and beyond to book a reservation at the most expensive restaurant in Solhaven and make order romantic modifications to make it really special. It doesn’t matter who proposes the date or if you insist on paying for the date, SHE WILL NOT LET YOU PAY FOR DATES.

Tidbit 2: she used to be quite the bully back in her school days. She mellowed out tremendously, but now tends to be a playful bully instead of a typical one.

Tidbit 3: this family has debt collectors assassins, hitmen, as well as the usual mob goons at their beck and call. So don’t provoke them

Tidbit 4: Evelyn’s arms are made of Acro-fiber. A metal that is flexible like an acrobat, but is as strong as obsidian steel.
