I'm pretty overwhelmed with current art projects right now, and probably a week from finishing the current one I have at the soonest. Thought I'd do a less strenuous picture to break up the monotony.

I guess it might be an intuos series problem, but sketchbook pro gives me issues - at random times after using the eraser, my brush/pencil/whatever will have much lower opacity when I switch back - the opposite happens when I use the eraser enough times again.. that's why I'm stuck on SAI.

Your characters would be adored in cartoon form. ADORED.
The proportions lend themselves well to that. If that sounds interesting at all to you, please consider it. I'd love to see a return to well-animated cartoons instead of the south-park-inspired stuff we have nowadays.

I see the last 8999 comments commented on how nice your otters look - let me make it an even nine thousand. They're so CUTE! <3

I can too see your point.
But I can also say this: Unlike real animals that are hard to tell the diffrence in gender most of the time. Anthro artists and alot of thouse good ole human traits. XD why we call it furry.. So it isn't so hard to tell the diffrence. Mostly in the body and the face.. You can see that it is male. Though there are the times that artists draw more gender neutral >.> so I guess its up to the onlooker to interpret it how they want :P
