farely nutral with eachother . some humans at this time a basically space jypsies but they dont like to interfear with the natives . they do tend to make contact though and see if the are freindly and to tell them they wont interfear and go where they aint welcom . and the other races would really try anything dum considering out tech normally far surpasses theirs
