I have an English Composition class. I am now studying poetry, and I had to work in a group. This one does NOT work well with others. Seriously.
But we were dissecting a poem that was based on... dissecting Emily Dickinson's poetry so... Yeah I had the brilliant idea of, hey instead of taking more clothes off (The poem was: Taking off Emily Dickinson's Clothes, by Billy Collins), lets bake a pie instead. My six lines of the four group (Each doing six of their own) can and is meant to stand by itself. So I give unto thee my newest poem. I must say I also adore it as well. Untitled, so the first line gets the title really.

As it was that sacred afternoon.

As it was that sacred afternoon.
That smell, shiver - aroma above around the house,
Sent an eye a-rolling, and wet smacking lip,
Secret plumbed apple - spice of life
Divested from the tin and savored wholly -
Shared by all and the hint of the baker's shy smile.
