His right thumb is backwards... lol
And the stripes, when they intersect a line for a muscle or whatnot, don't contour with the three dimensional shape of the area, they should like.. break and shift over along the line a bit. At present it looks like they were drawn without any regard of the muscle lines.
I'm loving the background, btw, and the shine from the axe is really nice.
