I drew this in an evening while playing an expansion for D&D that covered dragon clans, half dragons, and all that jazz. Everyone got to play a half dragon. The story was a powerful wizard was collecting half dragons to experiment on and we all ended up in his tower together. Think the start of Baldurs Gate 2. Anyway, we fight our way out and end up being pursued by the wizard across several more sessions. In a final confrontation, he drinks a potion he has made from researching dragon halves that gives him the ability to polymorph into a dragon and still retain all his wizardly abilities, which are magnified by being almost a full Wyrm. We end up having to polymorph and use all our dragon powers to defeat him and nerd nerd nerd nerd. You get it.
