I guess that's a difference of opinion we have: I don't care as much about the new rules (vague and weird as they are). At the end of the day, Dragoneer's paying the hosting fees, so the decision is his. My irritation is that the rules are being enforced spottily at best, with no rhyme or reason to who gets exceptions or why. The rules in practice are "we'll sack whoever the mod team doesn't like this week," which reminds me too much of governments for me to be comfortable.

Unlike a government, though, we have the option to leave, which is why I'm heartened by people announcing their move to other platforms (heard a lot about Itaku) and I intend to join them.
